Is Fraym available yet?

Not yet. Fraym is in early development, with a Yerevan pilot first. Email us to be told when the beta opens.

Why does Fraym ask for my location?

To show how far you are from a photo spot and which way to walk. It is used only while the app is open and is never stored or sent to us. See the Privacy Policy.

Where are my photos stored?

On your device only. Fraym does not upload photos; you share one only if you choose to, through your device's share sheet.

How do I turn off usage data or delete what the app stores?

Open Privacy & data (the shield icon) in the app. Switch off Share anonymous usage data, or tap Delete my data to clear all shots, ratings and reports on the device.

The camera or location prompt did not appear, or I denied it.

Open your device's Settings, find Fraym, and allow Camera and Location (while using the app). Then reopen Fraym.

I found a bug or a wrong spot

Email info@epsiloop.io with your device model, OS version, app version and what happened. For a spot, include its name and what was wrong. Screenshots help.
